How To Make A Girl Squirt Every Time: The Three Step Guide

On your road to developing a better sex life, you may have heard of the term squirting.

Whether it's in porn or conversations with your friends, it seems like it's the "impossible" act that we're supposed to perform for women.

I have worked with so many clients who feel like they won't be confident in their skills in the bedroom until they learn how to make a woman squirt.

I'm here to put that to rest and to give you the only guide you'll need to give your woman the most amazing, bed-shaking, squirting orgasm she's ever had.

Let's get into it.

What is squirting?

Before diving into how to make a woman squirt, let's learn about what it is first.

It's not always this violent gushing geyser that it's painted to look like in porn. Normally, it's way more tame and ends with a little puddle of fluid below her.

Squirting is a form of ejaculation where a clear fluid is released from the vulva during sexual pleasure or orgasm.

There is some debate about what the fluid is and where it comes from.

For the sexual health nerds, it's generally believed to be fluid released from Skene's glands, a set of glands near the .

The most important thing you should know is that it can feel amazing when performed correctly, which is what we aim for. Here are a few things you should know before you try this out with your partner for the first time.

Go in with no expectations.

Squirting requires full comfort for the woman for it to happen. From past (or lack of) experiences, many women feel that it's impossible for them to cum, better yet, squirt.

If she's thinking about the work she has to do later this week, it'll be hard for her to squirt.

If she doesn't feel fully comfortable in your presence yet, it'll be hard for her to squirt.

Keep in mind that squirting also doesn't feel good for everyone, so make sure she is game before proceeding.

It's also important to dial in your expectations. Just because you didn't make her squirt doesn't make you any less of a man. The sole fact that you're looking to improve your skills is good enough.

Be open to getting messy.

As you've probably seen or heard, squirting is a messy process. The amount and propulsion force of squirting liquid varies from person to person, it will very likely end in a mess regardless. Sometimes, it leaks, drips, and streams - and it can even happen independently of an orgasm!

Instead of freaking out about it, embrace it. If you're nervous about the mess, simply put down a towel or two before getting to it. Women will think it's so hot if you say:

"Stay right there, and don't move an inch. I'm going to get a towel for what's coming next."

If you're feeling extra fancy, you can even buy a sex blanket that is specifically designed for period sex, squirting, and all other manner of sexual fluids. They're a little pricey, but it's worth it in the long run if you don't want to wash ALL of your sheets every single time you have sex.

Step 1: Get her turned on

To make a girl squirt, the need to be fully stimulated. There is no rushing this, and there is no exact process I can give you that will work with every single woman.

Spend some time figuring out which spots are sensitive for her. The spots where you notice she starts to moan or maybe even giggle slightly.

The more you turn her on, the more her pussy will get wet. You'll also notice that the clitoris and lips of her vagina will swell and get darker, which causes everything to become more sensitive.

This is crucial because squirting is all about building her up to a final release, and you have to be willing to take the ride up to the top with her.

Using just your fingers, you will then start to run your hands over the clitoris. Start slowly at first and slowly pick up speed until you can tell she's loving it.

Step 2: Stimulate the G-spot

The G-spot, which is more of an area than a spot, has a lot of tissue.

The way I've always told my clients to find it is to feel for an area that feels more like a sponge rather than smooth and wet skin. It's usually about two inches deep into the vagina.

Some spots may be bigger or smaller than others, so pay attention to how she reacts as you touch her. Here's a diagram so you can get an idea of where it is:

Using Sex Toys

Sex toys are a great way to help a girl get to climax more easily. While you can use your hand to stimulate it manually, a curved G-spot wand can do the trick.

Depending on your partner, G-spot stimulation may not be enough to cause squirting, so you might also want to look into vibrators to use on the clitoris to help get her there. My favorite vibrator to use is the . However, you may need to look into smaller, less intense vibrators if it's too much for your partner. In this situation, a curved sex toy like a dildo could work great.

Step 3: Put her in a good position

The key to her sexual arousal is diligence, patience, and multiple types of stimulation. The best sex positions to put her in are straightforward.

After you've figured out what her hot spots are, you should lay her on her back, put her on her knees, or have her sit leaning a bit on a chair.

This will make it easier for you to access every part of her body in case you need it.

The Hand Position

In my opinion, the best angle is where you are on the side of her, and your arm is bent into a ninety-degree angle over her body. Her leg can either be over your shoulder or just flat on the bed/ground.

Assume the hand position below, and insert the middle finger and ring finger inside the vagina. You'll find that your pointer and pinky finger can just rest on the labia comfortably in this position.

I like to call this the hook.

The Procedure

You're slowly going to start rubbing her G-spot, using a come hither motion, stimulating her erogenous zones you can reach at the same time. It's important to know that women aren't fragile, and when their blood flow is pumping down there, pain can feel good. Be wary and use safe words so you know she feels safe.

You will hook your middle and ring fingers together and keep them flexed to be stiff like an actual hook. A bonus tip is to use your other hand to push down on top of the vulva to stimulate the clitoris.

Fun fact: the clitoris is actually huge and goes further back into the vulva than you think.

Move your arm that has your hand in her vagina up and down, changing between that and pulling towards-you motion until you find a motion that she likes.

With your other hand, you will rub your palm down on top of her vulva, pushing downwards towards the part of the clitoris you can see.

If she goes, "Oh fuck yes," you're doing something right.

Keep applying that pressure and keep the movements going until you start to feel fluid starting to come out of her vagina.

The longer you can maintain this motion, the more squirting orgasms she could have, so stay diligent!

If this explanation wasn't clear enough, here is a by Manuel Ferrara explaining how to make a woman squirt.

Start at 5:40, the explanation should start there. Or watch the whole thing. I don't judge!

Conclusion

While squirting is a very fun thing to do with your partner, it doesn't happen for every person. The important part is to experiment and see what works for you two.

My current girlfriend and every partner I've helped to squirt have enjoyed the experience immensely. It's a cool trick to do every once in a while, or maybe to wow a girl you just met and take her orgasms to the next level.

Trust me, you won't regret learning.
